For iPhone's or iCloud's photo backup user can use two methods:-
1. iCloud on PC:- iCloud provide an application for windows OS and macOS for backup of iPhones data. Or the user can user website: https://www.icloud.com/ and then log-in to iCloud with Apple ID. After the log-in process, click on the Photos app and then select photos for Backup or Download. All selected photos and videos automatically combined into a ZIP file while downloading, the user must have to open the ZIP file to check downloaded items. This process work for every application of iCloud.
2. Using Lightning cable:- Just connect your iPhone to PC (Personal Computer) via Lightning cable, and ALLOW permission from iPhone. After that you will see the APPLE iPhone Drive in PC's Directory. Now, click on APPLE iPhone Drive and then select a file or folder for Backup in PC.
In the iPhone, most of the users use the Documents app to download Videos & Songs or other Documents. This app work for Documents and Media. If you want to move the data of the Documents app on your PC.
Go to the app and select the Connections option, here you will see the Computer option at the top. Click on it and paste the visible link in your PC's browser. When users got connected to an app on the PC then select items to be Download.
